Ursuletul.ro systems or network security violation are strictly forbidden and may lead to civil actions. We will investigate those incidents regarding system security or network violations and will cooperate with police or with any other legal authorities for such investigations.
Examples of system security or network violations, but not abridge to these, as it follows :
a) unauthorized access, research or test one system or network vulnerability, without the express agreement of network or system owner;
b) unauthorized traffic or data monitoring on any network or system without network or system owner express agreement.
If announced of any disclaimers regarding any of the above, The Ursuletul Pension will cooperate and support police and legal authorities during investigations, in order to stop such abuses and violations.
